About Guruji

JayaSreenivasan guruji is a rare person where one can find a fine blend of tradition and modern virtues. He has been proving repeatedly that, there are roots of tradition underneath the nail biting marvels of science.

He is expert in Numerology, Vastu and Astrology.

He believes that, every person can better his living condition and achieve greater heights. It would be easy if one can make proper use of our ancient knowledge. He has devoted his life for this noble cause. For the past ten years, he has been pouring out his knowledge to society through his institute ‘Real Gem’.

Guruji’s Childhood

Jaya Sreenivasan was born in an ordinary family at Attibele, Bangalore. His parents were Late Ramaswamy and mother Shakunthala. He is devotee of Goddess Patalamma of Attibele. Kota Maariyamma, Hosur and Vakrakali, Prathyankira and Sharabheshwara  of Tamilnadu also have great influence on him.
Sri Jaya Sreenivasan had his education at Attibele. During childhood, he was speaking inarticulately. However, his high school head master Sri Govindappa had recognised his inner talent. Though Sri Govindappa had lost both of his legs in an accident, he was a source of inspiration to his pupils. He had devoted his life to the cause of students. Since, he had lost both legs, a separate room was provided, where he used to take classes. During his period, whole class used to move to that room. This incident had a deep influence on Sreenivasan. He found that, if a person had a talent, everyone goes to him and listen. It helped him to overcome his handicap of stammering.
Sri Govindappa used to assure Sreenivasan that, in spite of stammering, he could become a great orator. ‘People will stand in queue to listen you’, he used to tell. Sri Govindappa proved right. Sri Jaya Sreenivasan has overcome his defect now. He has become a great orator and been influencing hundreds of thousands of people through his speech.
During high school final year, that is in 1988, Sreenivasan’s talent in Kannada language was revealed. His teachers Smt. M.C.K. and Sri N.N.R. used to encourage students to learn Kannada properly. They had announced a reward for getting highest marks in Kannada. Inspired Sreenivasan scored 118 marks out of 150 in Kannada first language during board exam. He received the award by then famous movie actor Sri Kashinath. Glamour and popularity of Film stars had a great influence on young Sreenivasan. He nourished the goal of becoming a celebrity himself.

Influence

Apart from his Head Master Sri Govindappa, Ramkrishna Ashram had a great influence on young Sreenivasan. During high school days, Saint of Ramakrishna Ashram used to come and deliver lectures on great personalities like Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, Smt. Sharadadevi and Swami Vivekananda. Life and achievements of these personalities greatly influenced Sreenivasan. His spiritual hunger was awakened. He wanted to achieve something great.

Achievement

Spirituality became a part of Sreenivasan. It became clearer during the years 1990 to 1993. In search of spiritual peace, Sreenivasan turned towards Yoga. He mastered the much-praised Kundalini Yoga (Hidden Energy). He understood the importance of celestial bodies on human beings. Path of spirituality made him to turn towards Numerology and Astrology. He started deep study of these classic subjects.

He got Kundalini Deeksha (Consecration in Kundalini) by Sri Yogiraj Vedatri Maharshi in 1994. This was a decisive phase in his life, as he turned towards the path of Knowledge from the path of Idol Worship. Sri Bhagawan Mahavatar Babaji was a great influence on Sreenivasan. He got blessings of Babaji’s disciples Sri Lahari Mahashaya, Sri Yukteshwar Giri and Sri Paramahamsa Yogananda Swmaiji and inspired by them.
After achieving spiritual powers during 1995 to 1997, Sreenivasan started sharing his knowledge in Numerology and Astrology with people. This was a new birth for him. He decided to dedicate his life for the cause of Numerology, Astrology and Vastu. He stared sharing fruits of this knowledge among public.

Awards-Felicitation

  • 2005: Maha Nandi Award. On the eve of 16th annual day celebration of Kannada Sahitya Parishat.
  • 2005: Seva Dhureena Award. Udupi Pejawar Math Seer Sri Vishweshwar Teerth Swamiji and Goswamy Math’s Swmaiji felicitated him.
  • 2006: Karnataka Vikas Ratna Award. Sri Chandrasekhar Kumarnath Swamiji, then minister for education Sri Ramalingareddy and Deputy Mayor Lakshminarayan presented the award.
